USA SHIPPING - USA Distributors

1) Your US dollar pricing includes all duties and brokerage.  You will not be billed any additional amount for duties, handling or brokerage.

2) Prepaid Shipping is highly recommended.

3) Prepaid orders are shipped expedited (2-day) or express (1-day) service only.  We do not offer ground service to the USA on a prepaid basis.

Note: We have negotiated excellent expedited shipping costs with UPS.  In many cases, expedited costs are lower than ground shipping costs.  Get your prepaid shipping estimate at HERE

4) Collect and 3rd party account number shipments can go by ground service.  Please note that we are not responsible for any customs delays on collect shipments, including ground shipments.  We recommend using our prepaid shipping option with excellent rates.

USA SHIPPING - CAD Distributors

1) You are billed in CAD dollar.  If you require us to ship your order to the US, a 40% add-on charge will be applied to the order.  This charge will include all duties, brokerage and handling.
